Halley VI Research Station, en Antartique, est le premier centre de recherche entièrement re-localisable. Il est segmenté en huit modules. Chacun de ces modules est posé sur des piliers hydrauliques, équipés de "skis", qui peuvent être surélevés pour contrer l'accumulation de neige. Les "skis" permettent de remorquer le module vers un nouvel emplacement. Halley VI a été conçu par l'agence Hugh Broughton Architectes, basée à Londres et AECOM pour the British Antartic Survey. [-]
