L'ouvrage ne revient pas sur la gare de Waterloo, mais présente, outre une conférence et une interview de Nicolas Grimshaw, une sélection de réalisations conçues entre 1990 et 2003 : RAC Regional Headquarters Bristol, Lord's Grand Stand, le célèbre Eden Project à Cornwall ou l'importante restructuration de la gare de Paddington à Londres. Parmi les projets les plus récents figurent aussi l'immeuble de la Caixa Galicia Foundation à La Corogne et l'aéroport de Zurich.
